Cleveland police responded to a home ...after neighbors reported suspicious screams. When officers arrived, Delante Thomas immediately went on the defensive. He claimed he was a confidential informant, accused officers of “blowing up his spot,” and refused to let them search the house.
When asked about a woman being held inside, he showed officers an empty basement and acted like the investigation was a waste of time. His confidence soared as police left.
Not long after, a second witness came forward and said Thomas had moved the victim to another part of the home just before the first search. Officers returned. Despite loud music playing inside, they followed faint sounds through the walls and found a 60-year-old missing woman trapped in a plastic storage container. She was evaluated by medical professionals and recovered.
After his arrest, Thomas’s arrogance didn’t stop. During questioning, he bragged about how slick he thought he was and claimed he almost got away with it right under the detectives’ noses.
The act didn’t last. Delante Thomas was convicted of kidnapping and felonious assault and sentenced to 11 years in prison.
He thought he had outsmarted the police. He was wrong.

San Francisco 49ers CEO and principal owner ...Jed York was arrested after answering an undercover prostitution ad near his hometown of Youngstown, Ohio.
The Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force posted the ad as part of a sting operation. York allegedly agreed to pay $140 and was stopped in a rental car at the Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community.
Bodycam footage shows officers approaching the vehicle. When asked what he was doing, York initially claimed he was “just driving.” Officers then recovered his phone, confirming the text conversation, along with a large amount of cash.
York was booked into the Columbiana County Jail on misdemeanor charges of engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. He later entered a no contest plea to amended charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools. He received credit for one day served, a $1,150 fine, $160 in forfeiture, and court-mandated coursework.
The criminal case is resolved, but the NFL has confirmed the incident remains under review under the league’s Personal Conduct Policy, which applies to owners and front-office executives.
A billionaire NFL owner. A $140 undercover sting. And bodycam footage that captured the whole thing.

A traffic stop quickly escalates when an ...officer demands ID from a passenger who is not required to provide it. When the passenger refuses, the officer places him under arrest—only to later realize he got the law completely wrong.
Watch the bodycam footage as the situation unfolds: the initial stop, the ID demand, the arrest, and the moment the officer’s mistake becomes obvious.
This video raises important questions about passenger rights during traffic stops, when police can legally demand identification, and what happens when an officer acts without knowing the law.
Should the officer have known better? What would you have done in that passenger’s position?

When Rock Island police arrived at Sushi Staples’ home ...for a welfare check, she was calm, collected, and ready with answers.
She claimed she only had four daughters and flatly denied ever having a son. She insisted the tip about a child being hurt was just harassment from an ex’s associate. When officers asked to check the basement, she refused and demanded a warrant.
The next day, with a search warrant in hand, detectives found official documents in her bedroom with a child’s name she insisted did not exist. Cornered, she changed her story on camera and claimed the paperwork was only for collecting extra government benefits.
But the search wasn’t over. In the garage, investigators uncovered the truth that had been hidden for more than seven months: her 10-year-old son, Zion, had accidentally shot himself with an unsecured firearm in the home. Instead of calling for help, the mother concealed what happened and continued everyday life as if the boy never existed.
Staples was arrested and later accepted a plea deal. She pleaded guilty to endangering the life or health of a child and was sentenced to just two years in prison (with credit for time served) plus six months of probation.
A child died. The body and the scene were hidden for over half a year. And this was the sentence.
What do you think of this outcome? Was justice served, or is two years far too light for what happened?

A routine traffic stop turned into a ...high-stress, guns-drawn confrontation when an officer pulled a family—including a 1.5-month-old infant—out of their car at gunpoint after mistakenly believing their vehicle was stolen.
The driver’s license plate read APX 55X. The stolen plate ended in a Y. Instead of visually verifying the tag or double-checking with dispatch, the officer ordered the driver out with hands up, handcuffed him, and then ordered his girlfriend out of the vehicle at gunpoint as backup arrived.
A second officer later took the time to recheck the plate and quickly discovered the error. The vehicle was never stolen.
When questioned, the original officer blamed Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR / Flock) camera technology for misreading the final letter. However, dispatch logs show no record of a Flock camera hit or any alert being sent to him. This appears to have been a simple human error—a mistyped plate—followed by a refusal to take responsibility.
The family was subjected to a high-risk felony stop with a newborn in the car because an officer failed to take even 30 seconds to verify the information in front of him.
This incident raises serious questions about training, verification procedures, and accountability when officers escalate to drawing weapons on innocent people.
What do you think—should this officer face consequences for the unnecessary trauma he caused this family? Drop your thoughts in the comments. Subscribe to Team Tiggio Court TV for more bodycam breakdowns, police accountability cases, and raw footage analysis.

Arkansas State Trooper Christian ...Walker Morphis pulled over Amanda Prince for a suspended license… and by the time they reached the jail, she was facing up to 20 years in prison for cocaine possession with intent to deliver.
The problem? The drugs weren’t hers.
Morphis claimed he found crack cocaine on the floorboard of his patrol car and wrote in his official report that video showed Prince “moving erratically” and hiding the drugs. He also claimed he had just vacuumed the vehicle.
When the dashcam and interior footage were played in court, the jury saw the truth: Prince was sitting virtually motionless the entire time. Internal records also showed Morphis never even reviewed the video before filing his sworn report.
A jury acquitted her of all drug charges. But the damage was already done — she spent eight months homeless, lost her job, and lost her deceased father’s truck.
An internal investigation later revealed the drugs had been left in the car by a previous arrestee 11 days earlier. Morphis missed them during a quick vacuum and chose to create a false narrative instead of admitting his mistake.
The Arkansas State Police fired Trooper Morphis for violating multiple policies. Lawsuits are now underway.
This case is a clear example of how one officer’s false report nearly destroyed an innocent woman’s life.
